Returns & Warranty

Returns Policy

At Cuisinart, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If there is a problem with a product purchased directly from our website, we're here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

To assist us in resolving your claim, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the fault, where applicable

Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Online Orders Only

This Returns Policy applies to products purchased directly from the Cuisinart Australia website.

Products purchased through a retailer, department store, marketplace or other third-party seller must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to the retailer's returns process.

Spare Parts and Accessories

Due to the nature of spare parts and accessories, these items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

How to Lodge a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact Customer Service.
  2. Provide your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  3. Wait for return instructions from our team.

Unauthorised returns may result in delays in processing your request.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
