Ingredients

  • 300ml Tequila
  • 150ml triple sec
  • 220lm lime juice
  • 100ml simple syrup
  • 330ml cold water

Preparation

  1. To make the simple syrup, combine 50ml caster sugar and 50ml water in a saucepan. Heat on low until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the saucepan and cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine all ingredients including the sugar syrup in a pitcher / pouring jug.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Frost Fusion and set to Cocktail setting on ‘2’ hardness setting
  4. When the Frost Fusion beeps to indicate the Cocktail mixture is ready, pour into salt rimmed glasses and enjoy!
